1. Dual horizontal fixed pressure ventilator
Dual -level fixed pressure ventilator, as the name implies, is constant. The "constant constant" here means that it will not automatically change after setting the pressure, not to say that the pressure of the ventilator is fixed. For example, a dual -horizontal fixed pressure ventilator can be adjusted to 25, then this machine can be set to any pressure below 25, but the fixed pressure here is that the machine will be adjusted, and the machine will be in a fixed pressure form. aspirated.
Second, dual horizontal fixed pressure ventilator ST mode
Based on the dual -horizontal fixed -pressure ventilator, it can also have a ST mode. The ST mode means the spare frequency. For example, if a doctor requires a patient to breathe less than 15 times per minute, in order to keep the patients breathing frequency more than 15 times per minute, when the patient's breathing frequency is less than 15 times, the ventilator forced the patient to patiently patient Pentilizing, this function is called "reserve frequency" or "spare frequency".
There are many different modes of the spare frequency of the ventilator, such as S mode, T mode, ST mode. Generally, dual -horizontal fixed -pressure ventilator and ST mode ventilator is mainly used for patients with proliferation, slow lung blocking, ALS, and cardiopulmonary dysfunction. In some cases, patients with central respiratory suspension are also used.
Third, dual -level fully automatic ventilator
In the early days of dual -horizontal ventilator, there was only a fixed -pressure mode. Later, with the development of the dual -level automatic mode, the dual -level automatic mode was mainly the pressure of the machine that would change automatically. At present, the dual -level fully automatic ventilator is used for patients with snoring and sleep apnea. This machine will automatically increase the pressure or reduce the pressure with the degree of respiratory obstruction.
The main feature of dual -level fully automatic ventilator for snoring patients is that there are two pressures. The use of comfort is higher than simple single -level ventilator. Especially patients with high pressure demand are more suitable for this machine. However, the dual -level fully automatic ventilator is not suitable for patients with decay or lungs, and the main user sleeps snoring users.
Fourth, capacity control pressure support dual -level ventilator
There is also a dual -level ventilator to determine the pressure according to the amount of patient ventilation. This machine is called a capacity guarantee pressure control mode. Generally, the machine with this mode will also have ST mode. The machine in this mode is based on the patient's ventilation volume. For example, if the amount of ventilation is low, the machine will increase the pressure. The high amount of ventilation will reduce the pressure when the machine is high. It is mainly used for slow blocking the lungs and the decline of the patients.
In addition, dual -level ventilator also has servo ventilation mode and PAC mode, but the number of these machines is not large, and I will not introduce it.
